Site Manager – (Developer. Dublin €Neg. Our client is a leading housebuilder who is currently undertaking a number of prestigious developments including A-rated homes across Dublin County at present and will have 10+ sites running in 2016. They now have an opening for a Site Manager for the Dublin region. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years recent experience in a Finishing role with a large residential developer in Ireland or the UK. Requirements Excellent Knowledge of Trades and background. Ensure compliance with building regulations. Experience in residential construction specific apartment / house building experience, Managing Subcontractors and Suppliers. Managing Construction Team. Managing Programme. Co-Ordination of Service Providers and Local Authorities. Reporting to Contract Manager / Head of Construction. Ensuring Quality of Works. Managing Health and Safety on Site.
