A successful Irish company in the financial services sector has an availability for a talented, experienced Graphic Designer (3+ years experience) to join them on a permanent basis in North Dublin. This Graphic Design role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to build their career with a progressive, successful and expanding company. Day to day you will: Be responsible for generating creative solutions to briefs on print, outdoor and digital campaigns. Design and produce artwork for all printed communications (e.g. publications, marketing collateral (both large and small format), branding, internal comms materials, etc. Design and produce artwork for digital communications (e.g. email marketing, online adverts, animated banners, etc. Design, produce and manage artwork for all insurance policy documents. Be responsible for preparing print ready artwork for printers and digital artwork for online outlets. Be responsible for liaising with and managing external suppliers for print and digital outlets. Be responsible for adhering to brand guidelines for multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have: 3 to 5 year’s technical experience in print and digital design. A 3rd Level qualification in Graphic Design or a related field. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Good knowledge of Flash, Edge or Google Web Designer. Knowledge of After Effects, CSS3 and HTML5 - advantageous but not essential. Very strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high quality work. Strong knowledge of current technologies and design trends, with ongoing interest to seek out new developments. Good presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate your portfolio during the interview process. Demonstrable ability to conceptualise and visually communicate business content. Have previous work experience in an insurance/financial services/ regulated environment (beneficial but not essential. Personality fit: You should have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Confident, determined and prepard to combine your flare for design with a professional approach. Team-orientated with excellent people and interpersonal skills. Be a highly motivated self-starter with positive ‘can do’ attitude.
