My client is a top tier Dublin law firm seeking to bring a solicitor into their Technology team. This would be an excellent career move for a candidate seeking to progress within this space. Responsibilitie include: Advising on technology-related matters as part of a Commercial Technology team; Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for clients in the IT, telecoms and e-commerce sectors; Advising clients in relation to issues such as: - outsourcing, - licensing, - cloud services, - data protection and intellectual property, - cyber-security. Profile required: Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with at least 1 year PQE; Experience in the matters above, gained in another private practice or in-house; Excellent drafting skills; Flexible approach to work and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
