Job Title Sales Support Administrator

We have an opportunity for a person with 1-2 years sales administration experience to join a Sales Admin Team providing support in both administrative and customer services areas. This company are based in Dublin 22 off the N7

You will assist in the process of all sales orders. You will also be raising POs and updating the sales database with information regularly.

Fluent English is required together with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). You will be communicating with customers and managing their expectations throughout the entire sales order process. Customers will expect updates on order, delivery, collection etc.

The CRM being used is Sales Force. Previous similar experience would be beneficial to help with your induction period. Attention to detail will be a necessary skill to ensure that you update the database accurately.

After a term of training and becoming familiar with the role, you will become an integral part of the sales team, encouraging a high level of team work between sales and customer services through regular communication.

You will be customer focused, confident dealing with sales personnel, customers and suppliers, have an excellent telephone manner and good organisational skills.

Experience with computers, databases and MS Office would be essential
