Job Title Assistant Customer Logistics Management

Assistant Customer Logistics Management based in Dublin 8 for a 6 month contract.

This role would suit a graduate!

Salary: 23/24K Activities and Skills

T he successful candidate will gain experience working in an International Supply Chain Departmentand the specific skills /opportunities will be:

¿ Supporting the CLM Team with order management tasks, which involves order creation for avariety of order types, rescheduling orders in line with the customer’s request, reviewing andmaintaining data from customer web portals and running reports to improve orderconfirmations towards our customers.

¿ Resolving issues and managing workflows concerning electronic messages from customers

¿ Gaining experience on ERP and logistics management systems¿ Creating and managing dispatch note creation.

¿ Highlighting any issues in order confirmations to the responsible CLM in order to ensurecustomer satisfaction

¿ Organising and recording hard copy purchase orders, including organising data warehousingwhere necessary

¿ Supporting the team in achievement of our corporate KPI’s

¿ Opportunities to participate in special projects

¿ Keeping up to date with process and systems changes via our online learning managementsystem, in-class training and external courses

¿ Supporting the team where necessary with absence cover being the direct counterpart for thecustomer

Skills & Experience

¿ Experience using MS Office suite

¿ Fluency in German or another European language an advantage

¿ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

¿ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to work with employees
