As a Marketing Officer, you will be challenged to enable GOAL’s global humanitarian operations through support within the fundraising department for the individual giving strategy. Specifically, you will implement a donor recruitment and retention campaign that will ensure public fundraising grows over the next five years. You’ll play a key role in technology; ensuring that GOAL have the best CRM systems and processes that optimise the donor journey and undertake donor profiling and segmentation. As a vital link in the marketing chain, you will implement annual plans and campaigns including direct mail, mail dialogue, DRTV, telemarketing and digital campaigns. You’ll oversee third party contractors to ensure they are on-message and their work is delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, you will play a part in monitoring and evaluation activities, looking in to the effectiveness of individual channels and cross channel expenditure to maximise ROI.
