Job Title Customer Service Administrator

We are working with our client who are based on Dublin's Northside.

They have an immediate requirement for a Service Support Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.

This job needs someone who can multitask, communicate and work well with a team. You'll be answering queries from customers who have issues with their medical equipment and require assistance. You will determine if an engineer goes on site or if the equipment comes into the workshop. At that stage, you then commence scheduling time either with a field engineer or the workshop.

Administration tasks involved in this job will include scheduling, order management, invoicing, quotations and raising purchase orders. You will process service orders and you will assist with projects as required.

As the first point of contact with customers, you will have to portray a professional and friendly manner, be courteous with clients and ensure a swift resolution. You'll need to be organised and work in a flexible and contributory way with your team and the rest of the internal teams that you'll be working with regularly.

You should have at least one year's service administration or customer support experience. Ideally, you'll be coming from pharma, medical or have an interest in healthcare generally.
