Job Title HR Recruitment Manager, Dublin

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Senior Management team to drive the strategic growth of the division
  • Ensure your team achieves monthly, quarterly and annual fee targets by establishing and executing smart targets through a variety of KPIs and metrics demonstrating credibility and market knowledge of your industry and specialist area
  • Responsible for the ongoing development of key accounts and identifying new opportunities within the market
  • Attract, retain, develop and motivate team members
  • Ensure that the team achieves daily and weekly activity standards through monitoring of team KPIs
  • Become a Career Ally by building lasting relationships with the candidate by demonstrating credibility and value-add to the candidate through advice, feedback and preparation
  • Ensure you provide the best service, always communicating, actioning candidate and client requests and queries with regular follow-ups
  • Working collaboratively with your team by sharing specialist knowledge amongst team and peer group
  • Participate in the hiring process by identifying potential candidates & involvement in the selection process
  • Conduct regular team and one-to-one meetings
  • Conduct Performance Reviews
  • Ensure that the team understands their responsibilities and performance expectations
  • Develop strong working relationships with other offices, teams and other divisions;
  • Set individual and team activity targets
  • Share knowledge and coach team members in areas of specialist markets
  • Ensure team has the necessary resources and focus required to perform in their role.
  • Lead the team in identifying, winning and developing business by utilising agreed best practice and process including : Sales calls, referrals, networking, cross selling
  • Set targets & monitor client visits
  • Set targets & monitor client paid advertising

  • Third level educated or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years previous recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Proven relationship building skills
  • Good understanding of clients market sector and of competitors
  • Proven relationship building skills
