Description

New position for a Senior C&Q Manager to support European Operations across six key internal manufacturing facilities within the business. This sits with a well-known global healthcare company and will be based in Dublin with some travel required across Ireland and European based sites. As an innovative company the focus of this business is on developing and manufacturing a diverse portfolio of products with a large network of internal manufacturing sites. This is a newly created role and for the right individual will offer a strong career path within the organisation. The Position. This position reports into the Senior Director of Global Engineering and will be an individual contributor. Support and drive the delivery of a new commissioning strategy across European operations. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation of all C&Q objectives are successfully achieved and integrated effectively. Deliver proposals to the business supporting the development of new facilities, expanding sites and retrofit of existing operations. Drive technical site projects to improve existing processes and improve engineering alignment within the facility. Facilitate new and innovative projects on-site such as continuous manufacturing, new CI campaigns and new equipment proposals to improve efficiencies within each facility. Mentor and support project team members to develop skills across the business. The Person. 3rd level Degree in an Engineering discipline - mechanical, manufacturing etc. Minimum of 5-6 years' experience within a regulated manufacturing environment. The right person will have experience leading cross-functional projects. A strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across the site. Exposure to the design and installation of manufacturing and facilities equipment (cGMP.
