This is a new and exciting position to work in a fast-paced environment for a number of new key clients. Understanding and proven recruitment and experienced delivery in the Dublin market is essential for this role. Along with understanding the Dublin culture of talent on demand. You will be working on a warm desk and new Business Development is not required, just the ability to deliver quality candidates at speed in this buoyant market. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Building pipeline of candidate CVs, trawling job boards and exhausting all job board searches. Speed qualifying prospective candidates. Always maintain a pipeline and ensure their candidates are always available should a temp role be released. Ability to multi-task and work roles assigned based on the disciplines below. Strong mind-set, ability to take on temp roles and utilise job boards quickly and effectively. Build relationships with candidates to secure representation; Ability to cultivate and build relationships. To work in a timely, effective and professional capacity to manage temp resourcing activity and relationships with and on behalf of the Delivery team. Utilise all the Irish job boards and advertising effectively. Work on finding talent across all job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals. Add value to the resourcing process by working in a candidate driven manner. Uphold the client core values in the marketplace. Experience Required: Proven experience in the following disciplines: - Manufacturing/Light industrial. Admin & Clerical. Finance and Accounting. Sales & Marketing. IT. Engineering. Automation. Warehousing/Logistics. Fast pace, quick off the mark, hitting market and closing candidates with speed. Good attitude, willing to role sleeves up and work hard. Great customer service skills with engaging telephone manner. Relationship building. Strong sales skills in the Dublin market. Ability to cultivate and build relationships. Hunters mentality. Strong follow up skills. Resilient and can move on with rejections. Consultative in nature, personable and approachable. Stewardship, Respect and Teamwork.
