Job Title Marketing Administrator

Our client is a leading global player in specialty, branded and generic pharmaceuticals based in Dublin with operations in 50 countries and their products in over 150 countries. They are looking for a marketing administrator to join their team.

The Role

This Marketing administrator position entails a wide range of responsibilities including administrative coordination both locally and internationally with training leads, management of necessary websites, coordination of travel arrangements of global teams where necessary but also to travel with global teams when required to support functions.

You will need strong IT literacy and familiarity with SAP systems to support the global team in invoice functions, manage budgets and maintain records. You will also manage the learning material for affiliates and training leads.

You will also develop and maintain process to develop expanding departments of the global team and the learning functions. Your strong attention to detail will be essential to maintain clear and precise records, logs and documents. You will proactively engage with the global marketing team and learning team and manage any electronic feedback.

The Person

You will have 1-2 years' experience in a similar position ideally in a pharmaceutical setting. Strong IT literacy is essential along with excellent time and project management skills.

You are someone who takes ownership/accountability for your work, being very proactive and embracing change as well as being a strong communicator.

Being very results oriented with a can-do attitude and excellent listening and writing skills is desirable for this position.
