HR Business Partner

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources you will manage a diverse, full cycle generalist role within a global business

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage all aspects of the Global Mobility Policy to ensure assignments run smoothly & compliance with relevant tax laws.
  • Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, external tax advisors & outsourced payroll providers in the preparation & processing of monthly payroll
  • Lead & oversee market surveys about compensations & benefits & manage the communications & implementation as appropriate
  • Provide ongoing analysis to the business as required.
Learning & Development

  • Continuous development of the Learning & Development activities of the business to include developing of the Learning & Development structures, as well as planning, implementing, scheduling & evaluating all programmes
  • Working with the people managers around the performance review process to ensure its effectiveness & consistency across the business.
  • Coach & support managers on performance & development of their team
Recruitment & On boarding

  • Support all Recruitment & Selection activities, to include managing the Graduate / Internship Programme in line with the Resource Plan.
  • Continuous development & application of the on boarding process
System Development

  • Continuous development of the HR Information System & other relevant systems & communications of changes to the business
Business Partnership

  • Work closely with the Leadership team(s) to implement policies & procedures/ interventions to drive the business forward
  • Developing Health & Wellness policies & initiatives throughout the business.
  • Working with our Communication Manager to ensure effective people communications and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Significant HR business partnering experience
  • Commercial acumen, numerate, analytical and comfortable presenting and manipulating data
  • Proven ability in delivery and influence at a senior level
  • Proven experience in getting involved in the business & building relationships across all levels & areas of the business
