The Role: We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic person to be a part of our telesales team The role will primarily involve cold calling existing customers and groups but you also be required to generate new leads for customers / groups. You will work alongside our highly-experienced sales team and may be required to assist in any queries they have. The successful candidate will: *Maximise New Business Sales. *Offer “In Call” Quotes. *Improve customer marketing opt ins. *Inform customers about available add on products. *Deliver excellence in customer service in an efficient, professional and courteous manner at all times. Building value in the customer relationship ensuring their needs are met. *Pro-actively identify the best solutions for each customer that will also create value for the company and actively develop the Shop Equipment Ltd brand. *Deliver a service where empathy and building rapport are central, that will delight our customers and put them at ease. *Adhere to company compliance standards. *Adhere to required performance and quality standards. *Provide accurate and timely reports on activities and sales pipeline. *Ad-hoc tasks and projects which support the business. Skills: Good interpersonal skills are essential for this job. Agents must be able to build rapport with prospects before attempting to sell to them. They must also be able to deal effectively with people who may be frustrated at receiving unsolicited calls. Agents must have good learning skills to acquire the product knowledge to present products effectively and answer prospects’ questions accurately. They also require good knowledge of telephone and computer systems so they can use telesales systems efficiently. Qualifications: Previous experience in a sales or customer service position may be valuable. SAP experience desirable.
