Job Title Receptionist

A fast paced and dynamic organisation requires a Front of House Administrator on a short-term contract basis.

The Role:

Working in a friendly atmosphere and environment you will be supporting all colleagues front & back office daily.


  • Answering telephone, distributing calls and taking messages
  • Day to day reception duties
  • Meet & greet visitors and customers for the business
  • Placing stationery orders maintaining records of these
  • Booking meeting rooms for staff and visitors
  • Filing and general administration duties
  • Completing reports
  • Assisting with any other duties that management requires

The successful candidate must have worked in a similar environment previously, and be detail orientated and well organised. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritise duties.
