Job Title Operations Administration 1 Yr Contract

Operations Administration Contract with an excellent organisation based in Dublin 2 for a 1 year contract

Salary: 23K

General Administration

  • Process all purchase orders and invoices for the department
  • Schedule meetings for the Operations Department
  • Attend weekly departmental meetings, take minutes and distribute them to attendees
  • Draft correspondence to internal and external stakeholders
  • Input data in the Time Management System (TMS) daily
  • Maintain the daily roster sheets for all company Security Officers
  • Administer and maintain all sick records, annual and special leave for staff
  • Be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the shared access folders within the Operations database
  • Prepare various security and health & safety reports as required

  • Perform additional tasks as requested for security and health & safety

The successful candidate will have:

  • An interest to work in the company and a willingness to contribute to a positive working environment
  • Previous experience in the area of security and health & safety / or in the public sector (desirable)
  • Excellent administrative and planning skills with strong attention to detail
    • Adept organisational skills with an ability to meet deadlines and contribute to reports where necessary
    • An ability to work under pressure
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
    • Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of information management systems
    • Knowledge of Security Management principles, systems and standards
    • Knowledge of Safety Management principles, systems and standards

  • An ability to work on own initiative and as part of an effective team
