Job Title Office Administrator & Receptionist

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting an Office Administrator/Receptionist for a full time, permanent role based in Dublin 12

Candidate Duties

  • Document control and project support duties
  • Daily management of document register
  • General reception duties
  • Collecting timesheets from clients via email and approving them for our payroll department
  • Management of all employee compliance documentation.
  • Daily management of our recruitment software package
  • Manual handling training & co-ordinator
  • General administration duties
  • Quality control in the office, filing storage etc.

Candidate Requirements

  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work within deadlines
  • Excellent time management
  • Proficiency with MS Office and excel
  • Organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Pro-active and work on own initiative
  • Reruitment/HR experience desirable but not essential
