Daily management of document register. General reception duties. Collecting timesheets from clients via email and approving them for our payroll department. Management of all employee compliance documentation. Daily management of our recruitment software package. Manual handling training & co-ordinator. General administration duties. Quality control in the office, filing storage etc. Candidate Requirements. Great communication skills. Ability to work within deadlines. Excellent time management. Proficiency with MS Office and excel. Organisation skills and excellent attention to detail. Pro-active and work on own initiative. Reruitment/HR experience desirable but not essential.
