My client, a government funded organisation, is seeking to recruit a Project Administrator focusing on Social Inclusion and Labour Market projects. This position will be based in Dublin City Centre. Key Responsibilities: Programme/Policy Development. Help to produce documents which could include guidance and training materials, summary reports and contributing to monitoring reports. Contribute to delivering specific projects e.g. personal progression tool, SICAP infographic and branding material. Attend meetings and events and provide updates as required. May be required to attend and deliver training sessions. Work with colleagues within the unit/the Programmes Directorate and across directorates to ensure a joined-up approach. Ability to quickly understand and synthesise complex ideas and present these in a simple manner. Review and assess data and identify trends. Summarising and Producing Content. Proof reading and copy edit/review documentation for common sense checks and accuracy. Read and summarise reports and policy documents. Draft content for the website. Help to develop company wide briefing papers and reports, applying attention to detail. General Administration. Help to draft and manage emails to stakeholders. Report back to manager with regular updates. Assist with event management and arranging meetings, including minute taking. Work closely with Community Supports and Services Directorate staff. Develop and maintain effective administrative and information systems e.g. logs/SharePoint pages. Respond to internal/external queries and information requests i.e. FOI’s/PQ’s etc. Other administrative tasks as may arise. Required Experience: Administration experience and strong organisational skills. Producing and/or reviewing written documents for varied audiences. Working on projects and taking responsibility for certain elements. Having a pro-active and flexible approach. Proficient in common ICT packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, SharePoint. Ability to understand, interrogate and present data. Desired: Degree insocial science/politics/economics/community development. Understanding of and interest in social inclusion, equality and labour market programmes and policy in Ireland and the EU. Website experience and producing content. Experience of liaising with public sector officials, civil servants or other policy makers. Working in a demanding environment to develop solutions and questioning approaches.
