Customer Relations Executive

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a customer relations executive to join our team on the Longmile Rd. The ideal person will be friendly, helpful and passionate about building and maintaining relationships with customers. Candidate must have/be: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated and well organised. Honest, reliable and willing to work in a team environment. Good computer literacy and working knowledge of the Microsoft suite. Energetic, enthusiastic and have an outgoing positive personality. Suitable telephone manner and ability to build rapport with customers. Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role would be an advantage. Candidate will be expected to: Contact existing / new & lapsed customers via outbound and inbound calls and emails to try and book an appointment in an accurate manner. Respond to email & online chat enquiries in agreed time frame. Assist with aftersales marketing campaigns via telephone, post & email. Develop relationships and build rapport with our customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Present ideas and insights as a means of helping to improve customer experience. Collaborate and liaise with the different departments to ensure that our Customer Relationship strategies are effective. Various ad hoc administration / reception duties. In-House training and support will be provided to the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly environment where there would be options to progress in the company for the right candidate.
