Located in central Dublin this in-house recruiter role requires an experienced recruiter to take ownership of the recruitment process from job description to on boarding. Responsibilities: Work closely with senior managers and HR across the business in order to successfully lead the recruitment process. Take ownership of the recruitment process and conduct regular salary bench marking in order to reduce the time-to -hire timelines. Issue regular recruitment reports to HR director and manage calendars of senior hiring managers. Create post vacancies, employment contracts, employee files and application forms. Organise HR inductions and o boarding of new hires. Willingness to travel. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience from a junior to a senior level along with excellent stake holder management skills. You will need to have recruitment campaign experience as well as experience of dealing and achieving targets.
