Technical Support Person / Data Analyst Dublin based Multinational Salary around €53k pa Pro Rata Initial 11 month month FTC Ref 54769. Our client requires an experienced Support Specialist / Data Analyst for an initial 11 month FTC. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with fellow employees to provide feedback , improve feedback. Provide Technical support , troubleshoot escalations from B2B Support teams. Support Partners in integrating their data. Understand how data is structured. Provide feedback and insights on how to improve processes. Role Requirements: 3RD Level Certification. Support experience in an Online B2B environment. Previous support , Technical support experience. Previous experience in a large multinational environment. Strong Analytical, Troubleshooting, Problem Solving skills. Strong customer service ethic. Good Data Analysis skills. Excellent communication skills.
