SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Administrator for our Client, an international freight specialist, based in North County Dublin. This is a full-time position. The location is not serviced by public transport therefore you will require your own transport or a lift to work. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The role involves working in the transport office, dealing with freight queries, including groupage queries, data entry, dealing with customer queries by phone/email and accurate data entry. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Familiar with the operation of a transport office and knowledge of freight; • Must understand groupage and pallet discrepancies; • Good phone skills and experience dealing with customer queries; • Good customer service experience in a fast paced environment; • Good team skills and experience; • Accurate and fast data entry skills; • Common sense and practical,energetic approach to work, must have a positive attitude to work, and above all common sense to solve problems; • Full 2 weeks training will be provided. RATE OF PAY: €25,000 to €27,000 depending on experience, working in our freight operation (groupage), death in service benefit, pension scheme, company bonus scheme. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm. JOB CODE: QED0038.
