This high profile international law firm seeks to recruit a senior litigation or M&A lawyer for a PSL role which will work across the corporate and commercial litigation departments. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing technical assistance and the development of know-how/standard documents, assistance with external and internal publications, keeping the departments up to date on live tenders and may be involved in other projects as required by the business. This role offers standard / reduced working hours - flexible working arrangements will also be on offer to the appointee, if desired. Suitable candidates will have gained 5 years' PQE in either corporate M&A or commercial litigation gained with a large commercial law firm in Ireland or the UK. Candidates will also have excellent communication and research skills.
