This role is for a strong commercial Store Manager who can demonstrate very strong leadership skills. This is an amazing with a very well established Retailer. About the Client. Our client is seeking a retail store manager who has an established management approach to managing a busy consultative commercial store. This is a fashion high street focused role which will require you to be a manager who drives retail excellence across all aspects of the store and work closely to targets. Job Requirements. As the store Manager you will be responsible for the entire running of the store and ensure a high delivery performance and standard rate. You will work closely and have knowledge of important KPI’s to maintain and drive a team to deliver 5* customer service. Our client is seeking dynamic managers who can communicate the importance of driving sales and deliver excellent customer service. You must be able to demonstrator leadership ability who can take initiative to take on a challenge and solve problems. Team development is a crucial aspect of this role.
