As a Customer Service Executive, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding service to our client’s German customer base and the Sales Team. Managing customer orders, you’ll efficiently check and process data and maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date records within the database. You’ll resolve customer queries and issues via telephone and email in a quick, efficient and professional manner. Your other duties will include: - Dealing with logistics, checking stock levels and product availability. - Verifying deliveries and the receipt of goods. - Undertaking some credit control activities. - Compiling ad hoc reports. - Providing support to the Sales Team. To be considered for this role, you must have: - At least two years’ experience gained within a customer service role. - Previous office experience. - Fluent German language skills. - A good level of IT literacy including good knowledge of Microsoft office (mainly Excel and Outlook. - Good writing skills. As a Customer Service Executive, you must be motivated and enthusiastic with great, succinct communication and prioritisation skills, as well as a team player mentality.
