What you need to know. We are seeking a HRIS Project Manager for our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company in Dublin West. Reporting to the Group Strategic HR Director, you will coordinate, and project manage late stage implementation of a newly developed HR system (Oracle) to direct the completion of the configuration system and manage the global rollout. This role is primarily focused on engaging the current and next wave of users in system adoption of Core HR and Performance Management functionality. This project role will also include some level of configuration to complete/polish off the system development work and bed down the functionality. This is a 6 month-contract with possibility of converting to permanent. Salary range is 60k-70k. Your new job. Key Responsibilities: Direct the timely completion of remaining system development open items with the 3rd party technical team to ensure system is functioning as intended and meeting user requirements. Project Manage the user engagement plan, working with the Group SHRD to finalise the development of the plan and agree key milestones and implementation timelines for execution 2018. Plan and execute key stakeholder engagement activities, supporting system adoption and integration into daily work routines. Liaise closely with user groups, developing a process to assess user acceptance and manage user feedback, building on the feedback to improve system functionality and ease of use. Act as the internal configuration and data specialist, acting as the first point of escalation for the HR Managers regarding system issues; technical and functional/developmental. Work alongside the 3rd party technical support vendor and Oracle Customer Success team to direct the execution of ongoing technical and functional solutions. Design and deliver system training, including engaging user training materials and system guides. Help plan and execute the rollout of the new system to wider user groups, including help to establish the new Super User group who will provide site level guidance on system usage. Track user frequency and adoption rates. Provide a foundation level of Business Analytics based on system reporting functionality. Align activities to annual talent, goals and performance cycles. What are we looking for? Experience in client-side HR system development (user acceptance stage) on Core HR and Performance / Talent Manager, preferable with Oracle Fusion or similar tier 1 products. 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar role / projects. Excellent HR project management and communication skills (written and oral. CIPD qualified; project management qualified preferred. Strong skills in training design and delivery of HR system functionality and online HR processes. Excellent technical and trouble shooting skills.
