This team is part of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) division of Transfer Agency, you will provide Anti-Money Laundering services for both existing clients as well as the onboarding of new clients. Responsibilities: Participate in AML servicing for existing client base and client on-boarding. Review and understand AML requirements and the purposes of acquiring AML documents. Responsible for processing AML for subscriptions, redemptions and remediation of existing client base and ongoing Investor screening. Responding to investors on AML related queries and AML escalations in timely manner. Manage day to day activities in line with internal and external Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes. Provide periodic reports and feedback to upper management. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific client relationships. Assist the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) team where necessary. Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in an Investor Services/Transfer Agency team with particular experience in a AML Maker/ Checker role with strong AML knowledge. Previous knowledge of Transfer Agency operational processes and its integration with AML processes. Must be able to work with all levels within the organisation. Strong multi-tasking skills. Be proficient in Microsoft office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel. A detailed understanding of fund structures and the fund administration business.
