An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Sales Executive working with a family run transport and tourism company incorporating (global brands). The company has multiple lines of business and shops in key locations in Dublin City selling their various products. Our client is seeking a Digital Sales & Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to lead the continued growth of its online channels. We are looking for a big picture thinker to support the Sales & Marketing Manager and team. This exciting role requires both project and people management skills. The Group Digital Sales Executive role offers room for progression in a dynamic Dublin based tourism-company. Office located in Dublin 8. Key responsibilities. Digital Sales. Transformation of digital performance to support ambitious a leading fast-paced tourism business. Ownership of Digital Sales channel - developing, executing and delivering strategic goals and objectives. Agile management of performance results and optimisation of ROI. Supporting cross-channel marketing integration. Leading sales initiatives Create affiliate marketing programs. Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Email marketing. Marketing. Lead all content management, website development/ design, advertising, social media and data analytics for the B2B and consumer markets. TripAdvisor strategy creation, implementation and management. Maintain the Group’s websites (all Wordpress. Delivering and adhering to budget and deadlines. Developing & managing marketing communications avenues. Developing & managing new innovative marketing ideas. Google Analytics & AdWords experience essential. Benchmarking with competitors on a regular basis. Monitoring digital campaigns and customer engagement. Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager as required. Trade and networking events. Key Skills and Qualifications: Business acumen with attitude for sales and result driven attitude. Excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social Media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong analytical skills. Commercial awareness. Creativity & confidence. Graduate, ideally with a Sales & Marketing focus and proven digital performance success. Must be highly organised with the ability to work independently on projects, within a fast paced environment. 2+ years’ experience working in digital sales and accompanying degree. Committed to career development keeping abreast of digital trends. This position will be based primarily in Bluebell, Dublin though work in other offices (City Centre and South Co. Dublin) may be required. Required education : Bachelor's. Required experience : Sales & Marketing: 2 years.
