Part time HR & Health & Safety Officer required for a Data Management company based in the Dublin 18 area. Hours: 2 or 3 mornings a week (8-12hrs. Previous HR Managerial experience or a legal background is required. Job Details: Issuing contracts, discussing with employees. Liaising with employees in relation to pension. Health Insurance- liasing with staff. Resolving any internal staff matters. Carrying out annual reviews and maintaining register , maintaining staff hr files, to ensure start procedures are carried out in full and documented. Carrying out reference checking. RUn any extracurricular activities involving staff members. To organise health and safety training (manual handling, first aid etc. Hourly rate: €25-30ph.
