Our client is a highly commercial FMCG distribution business and a household name. They are seeking an equally commercial accountant/FP&A accountant to join their group accounting team. Within this role, you will be responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. You will have exposure to a high level of forecasting, budgeting and planning. You will support the day to day financial control of this hugely successful organisation. Along with monthly management accounting, you will also have responsibility for analysing costs and revenues. You will also work closely with the Senior Commercial Accountant on budgets, forecasts and business planning, competitor and variance analysis. There will be an opportunity to get involved with a number of interesting projects also. To be considered, you must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and have minimum 1 years post qualified experience as a management accountant in a fast moving business.
