Excellent opporutunity for an ambitious Pro-active HR officer to join markteting/advertiing group based in west Dublin. Ideal candidate will have 3/4 yrs experience in a busy and challenging environment and looking for the next step in their career. Based in the Head office of the Group and reporting to the CEO. You will be responisbile for managingthe day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. Duties will include: recruiting and staffing logistics; payroll. performance management and improvement systems; organization development; employment and compliance ​to regulatory concerns and reporting; Employee induction, development, and training; employee relations; compensation and benefits administration; employee safety, welfare, wellness and health; Minimum qualification of a University Degree in HR.
