What you need to know. You will work as a Telesales Representative in a Technology company in Dublin West . You will work in one Ireland largest distributors of IT. Our client has over 30 years of successful relationships which is built from exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer and account management. Key duties & responsibilities: Contact existing customers to inform them about our range of products and services. Understand customer requirements and close sales. Keeping up to date record of prospect customers. Ensure database is up to date at all times. Go the extra mile to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales. What are we looking for? Proven experience as a telesales representative or customer service role. Proven track record of meeting sales quota. Excellent communication skills.
