We are looking for a enthusiastic hands-on Executive Head Chef looking to get stuck in, committed to the successful running of this Kitchen and bringing the facility up to the highest of standards. Job Title: Executive Head Chef. Location: Dublin City Centre/South. Hours: Full time(Mon-Fri and Daytime Hours. Salary: €40-€48,000(DOE. Benefits: Daytime Hours. Sunday premium. Monday-Friday(occasional weekend. Competitive Salary. Pension. Discounted Car Parking. About the Job: Previous experience as a Head Chef in Hospital or Nursing home beneficial but not essential. Previous experience as a Head Chef in managing a team,training,rostering and managing budgets essential. Responsible for HACCP and Kitchen safety. Knowledge of HIQA and Dietary requirements.
