Payroll Administrator – Job Share. (3 days per week. Immediate start. c. €18 per hour DOE. Permanent. Dublin North - Dublin 11 area (close to M50. Responsibilities. Payroll Reconcile hours worked from stores on Time and Attendance system (Timepoint. Process fortnightly and monthly payroll in Sage Mircopay. Complete Payroll journals in accounts package (Sage 50 Accounts. Process all staff queries on payroll to include contracts and holidays. Record and manage centralised holiday roster for company. Prepare payroll reports for Directors and Finance manager to include P30, P45 and P35. Manage company policies in relation to payroll and annual leave. Liaise with employees in ROI and UK and with Revenue on wages queries. Requirements. Essential Requirements 2 Years’ experience in a payroll role. IPASS or Accounting Technicians Ireland qualification. Experience within a retail company or other company with multiple locations. Experience with Timepoint or similar time and attendance system. Experience in accounts payable a plus. Knowledge of excel in a work environment. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Attention to detail. Occasionally their will be a need to fulfil more hours in the following areas. Accounts Payable Responsible for the purchases ledger including the input, payment recording and reconciliation of invoices and of supplier accounts. Prepare fortnightly payment run and set up payments in IBB for approval by Finance Manager. Ensure all petty cash and staff expenses are approved, processed and paid in a timely manner. Cash and Bank Complete weekly bank reconciliations (Sterling and Euro) bank accounts. Prepare weekly cash flow. Month End reporting Complete payroll balance sheet and petty cash reconciliations. Manage intercompany reconciliations. Prepare and complete accruals and prepayment journals. Prepare UK and ROI VAT returns for submission. Complete VIES and Intrastat reports for Revenue. Maintain fixed asset register and post depreciation journals. Assist with the preparation of management accounts to strict deadlines. Preferable Requirements Experience within a retail company or other company with multiple locations. Experience with Timepoint or similar time and attendance system. Experience with SAGE 50 Accounts.
