You will ideally have managed busy Hotel with Rooms volumes and a smaller Food and Beverage offering, we need an Operational Hotel Manager who is excellent at strategic planning, managing budgets and finance, sales focused and is an effective communicator, who will motivate the team and who has a keen eye for details and standards !
