Internal Sales/Trade Counter : Building Providers: North Dublin - Kilkarrack : Contact Daniella. 086 7750646. Duties: You will act as the first point of contact with the Construction Clients. Liaising with and supporting our field-based Sales Representatives to ensure that customers' orders are processed Accurately. Ensuring the efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries regarding Construction/Hardware and Building Materials supplies. Assist with Trade Counter Sales and Enquiries. • Maintaining effective communications with our suppliers regarding the sourcing and delivery of all Construction/Hardware Building materials. Answering phones -Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up selling construction/building materials and hardware on all incoming and outgoing calls. Serving customers on the phone and a busy trade counter. Day to day quotations -Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary. Skills and Experience Required : Experience in a similar role, with Building Provider Knowledge or labouring background with some sales experience. Knowledge of construction/building materials ESSENTIAL. Excellent organisational and inter-personal skills, ability to work in a busy environment. Keen interest in delivering superb customer service will be required to carry out this role effectively.
