One of our City Centre based clients, a large scale player in the fintech space, are seeking a senior User Experience Designer to join their talented and growing team. This position will offer you the opportunity to join a company embarking on a digital transformation process, allowing you to define the User Experience of a household brand. What You'll Need: 5 years' or more in dedicated User Experience design, with a skill set that includes in depth exposure to early phases of the User research process. An ability to construct top tier personas, allowing for the crafting of best in class User Journeys. A portfolio showing your direct impact on the projects you have work. It shouldn't just be the finished products you show; instead, you should be detailing the process that got you there.
