Site Manager / General Foreman. Dublin, Leinster. €Neg + Package. ICDS are currently recruiting a Site Manager for a top tier main contractor / developer for various projects in the Dublin Area including a new river-side development of 100 apartments. You will have several years’ experience in a similar role, in the residential / apartment construction sector. You will be either trade and / or technically qualified with proven track record of delivering similar projects within budget and programme. Experience of demolition, structural works, concrete frame, a "keen eye" for finishes and a proven track record of delivering projects to the end user to the highest quality with emphasis on safe and efficient construction at all times. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known organisation with a busy order book for the foreseeable future.
