Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will support in the delivery of outstanding talent services to clients by researching and sourcing the most relevant professionals for our client's needs! You will step into the role of Research Associate and be exposed to our learning and development programme, with supported practical learning through workshops designed to develop you quickly. The position will include: Supporting the design and delivery of bespoke research based projects to deliver outstanding value to clients. Identifying and researching high value talent communities to support HRM's service offerings. Undertaking candidate research studies for the development of market analysis and thought leadership collateral. Utilising your technical skill and expertise to ensure thorough and efficient sourcing across the business. Working with the business to ensure that the candidate experience is second to none. You will: Be Degree qualified. Have 2 years' experience in a fast-paced client facing environment. Be a service driven individual who embraces a team based culture and strives for excellence. Be naturally curious, detail oriented and empathetic to customer and candidate needs. Have strong interpersonal ability, be highly conscientious and a self-starter.
