An innovative and consumer focussed brand builder which has helped build some notable brands such as Red Bull, Fulfill and Evian, are looking for a Sales Activator to join their team to develop strong relationships with key accounts and manage the brand presence in these stores. The Role. As Sales Activator, you will be servicing a key customer by making direct orders and merchandising these orders to a high standard but also the management and placement of coolers and stands and the placement of in-store POS material and displays. You will introduce new product listings to customers and manage the full distribution and visibility of Richmond portfolio in all accounts, highlighting brand awareness and functional usage. In this position, you will be on the road visiting these accounts, completing any auditing and operational systems through an IPad device and report on competitor activity where you deem relevant. You will work towards quarterly objectives and KPI's and report to the Regional Sales manager with any issues that require further support. The Person. The ideal candidate fort his position will be extremely driven and place a strong emphasis on developing and nurturing relationships with their accounts. You will form relationships easily and have be keen to build and develop a career in sales and account management and have excellent presentation skills in appearance and communication at all times. A third level qualification is not necessary for this position, but a strong work ethic and desire to excel is essential. There are a number of training and events throughout the year that you must attend in order to perform at optimum quality and flexibility in working hours is a must. 1-2 years' experience dealing with retailer is an advantage e.g. Dunnes Stores and a full driving license is essential.
