SUMMARY OF ROLE: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Rigid Tanker Driver for our Client based in Rathcoole, Dublin 22. This is a permanent position with an immediate start. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work is a combination of driving and operating suction hoses to collect waste fuel from garages. Role involves country work and may involve one night away per week, overnight allowance is paid.The role consists of 2 days per week driving a rigid tanker and the remaining three days driving a van with a tail lift delivering wheelie bins to commercial premises.Flexibility is required and the successful candidate can expect to work up to 48 hours per week. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Full clean C licence; • Valid ADR ticket; • Experience driving rigid tankers; • Safepass preferable but if you currently do not have the Company will pay for training; • Good customer skills. RATE OF PAY: • Basic pay €13.10 per hour; • Daily subsistence allowance €13.01 per day (untaxed. • Overtime at 1.5x paid outside of standard working hours (8am-4.30pm); • Pre 6am start paid at double time (2x); • Annual bonus of 1 weeks wages paid at Christmas. WORKING HOURS: Standard working week is Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm. It is essential that you are flexible to work overtime on a regular basis. JOB CODE: QED0067.
