Overview of role : To develop and promote the Company’s business, with particular focus on their products, by providing Telesales, Commercial and Administrative support to the National Manager, to achieve order levels at agreed margins. Responsibilities: Commercial. Carry out structured business development, including “cold calling” within the area designated, in order to achieve order targets. Respond to customer enquiries to generate orders. Promote and achieve commercial visit targets to be undertaken by the National Manager. Achieve orders and other KPI targets. Prepare quotations and drawings against customer requirements. Complete customer care programme to ensure maximum satisfaction, continuity of business and maximise referral opportunities. Effectively use internal systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) to ensure customer information is kept up to date and systems are aligned. Administration. As directed liaise with the Operations Department with regard to refurbishment, fitting out, deliveries and terminations. Provide appropriate statistical information on a weekly/monthly basis as required. Expedition of monies owed, in line with company guidelines and procedures. General administration i.e. stationary, literature. Quality Standards and Service. Ensure that all laid down Quality systems are adhered to. Health and Safety. Ensure compliance with all legislation, codes of practice, industry guidelines and/or Company procedure/Policies relating to Health and Safety. Ensure the Centre is maintained in a safe, tidy and presentable fashion. Other. Assume responsibility, where necessary, in the absence of the National Manager for the day to day smooth running of the Centre. In addition to the above employees are required to carry out any reasonable. request to perform other duties as may be required within the scope of the job role. Experience: Strong administration experience gained in customer service environment. Essential: Computer Literate (Word, Excel, Access. Excellent Telephone Manner. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good attention to detail. Desirable: Qualifications in CRM systems (such as Microsoft Dynamic / SAP.
