The emphasis of the role is on developing corporate and bedroom sales for this busy and vibrant hotel and you will be working in conjunction with their existing sales development team. You will be responsible for the development of new business (global and local) for all aspects of the business, with a particular focus on corporate sales. Job responsibilities include. Meeting potential and existing clients and giving them a demonstration of all the hotels facilities. Carrying out sales calls and meeting both on and off site. Deal with every client potential or current in a professional manner. Initiate sales dives, promotions, organize and complete mailshots etc. Maximise sales opportunities and ensure sales leads generated are actioned or referred according to department standards. Preform any necessary admin work including Salesforce software utilization and management, updating account information regularly. The ideal candidate: Will have a can do attitude and be self motivated. Will have a creative approach to generating business. Strong customer facing sales in a sales & marketing environment. Is Highly focused and Target driven individual. Hotel/Services Industry experience a big plus. Be Well able to work in a busy environment as a team member and also on own initiative. Have the Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Flexible working style. Full clean driver’s licence and your own transport is a requirement for this role. Location: Dublin North.
