Responsible: -Providing excellent customer. -Assisting with treatments. - Reporting to and liaising daily with the company owner. -Responsible for the management of staff as well as overseeing the daily operations of the salon. -Managing front of the house, ensuring that the salon is running smoothly at all times. -Co-ordinating the staff roster, dealing with staff queries and ensuring staff targets are met. -Providing professional advice on all treatments and services, re-booking clients into treatments, recommending and selling retail. -Managing stock control. -Assisting with all marketing and business development for the company. -Promoting the company, its services and products at all times. Commission with base salary.
