THE ROLE: * Responsible for the document control process at the Dublin site and supports documentation requirements for the EMEA QMS. Assists in the preparation of QA KPIs and participation in site Management Review. LMS administrator for QA function and co-ordinator for the Dublin site. * Responsible for the internal audit program and participates on the Division Audit team. * Schedules, chairs and reports for the CAPA Review Board and responsible for coordination of CAPA certification training. * Supports Division QA with Product Hold activities as required. REQUIREMENTS: * At least 3-5 years in Quality Assurance or another function in the pharmaceutical, medical device, nutritional or related industry experience. * Persuasive, effective communication skills are essential with an ability to work effectively across technical areas. * Individual must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
