Senior Residential Sale Negotiator and Business Developer. Based South Dublin City Centre. I'm looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a busy residential property sales team based South Dublin City Centre. Key duties and responsibilities. Liaising with vendors regarding potential property instructions and sales progression. Develop Business. Sale of properties to meet office targets and business development. Making and handling all appointments and inspections. Liaising with buyers and solicitors. Assist with valuations/appraisals. Seek new business and gain new instructions. File management system, diary maintenance, attending all residential meetings. Filing and general compliance – BERs, signed T&Cs, money laundering documentation. Requirements of the role. 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar environment. Hold a PSRA licence. Hold a full clean driving licence. Excellent customer service skills and ability to form strong relationships with vendors, buyers and colleagues. The ability to work well within in a team or on your own initiative. Manage your own tasks and priorities with limited supervision. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salary. Excellent DOE and Commission. Job Type: Full-time. Job Location: Dublin.
