Opening for an ExcellentValuer Scheduled to complete their APC this year. The person would have 1 year experience of valuing commercial properties in Dublin. Salary will reflect market rates and depend on the merits of the candidate. We are currently looking for a Commercial to join our busy team. We require highly motivated and target driven individual. This is a permanent full-time position with prospects. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Surveyor to join our team as working primarily in Professional Services as a Valuer. Main responsibilities will include: - Working alongside our Managing Director to provide the follow services to clients: - Valuations of all types of commercial property for Secured Lending, Financial Reporting, Probate & Acquisition, inspection and measurement of assets, assemble of comparable evidence, value analysis and report preparation. Landlord & Tenant Advice & Negotiation to include Rent Reviews, Arbitrations, Lease Renewals and Compensation Claims. Rating Advice to include appeals and rates revisions. Qualifications and Experience. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the valuation of commercial property. MSCSI / MRICS or AssocSCSI with view to completion of APC within 12 months. Experience in rent review and lease renewal negotiations. Experience in the drafting of valuation reports. Good communication skills and ability to work closely with colleagues and clients. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel. Good organisational skills and time management. PSR Licence. Full clean driving licence.
