Property Valuer – Commercial. Fantastic opportunity to work with a global financial services provider with corporate offices in the heart of Dublin City. My client is looking for a Property Valuer to join their commercial team. This role is comes with a salary of €50-55k DOE on offer + benefits such as pension contribution, healthcare cover, bonus and educational assistance. In this role you will conduct accurate valuations across all sectors by applying expert knowledge of the property market. You will need to prepare accurate, timely and relevant valuations. The ideal candidate will have 5 years industry experience, hold a SCSI accredited property degree or other relevant qualification. Duties as Property Valuer: Complete accurate and consistent valuations across residential and commercial. Keep up to date and maintain knowledge of the Property market. Review lease agreements. Identify lend opportunities. Collate data and undertake thorough inspections. Collate measurements of buildings and land to identify any characteristics of factors which affect value. Review and instruct Third Party Valuations. Liaise with and work in conjunction with the internal lending, underwriting and so on. To be considered for the role you must have: 5 years industry experience. Experience working on commercial and residential properties. Holder of an SCSI accredited property degree or relevant qualification. Inspection and measurements in all property sectors. Team player and can work on own initiative. Judgement and decision-making skills.
