Our client is currently recruiting an experienced Lettings and Property Managers to an expanding business. This position involves liaising with our existing clients, conducting viewings with potential tenants, negotiating the terms of contracts between landlords and tenant, dealing with on-going tenant issues and carrying out a wide range of administrative duties. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will be required to develop relationships with our clients, ensure all properties are marketed to a wide audience, show properties, viewings within and outside office hours, negotiate with landlords and tenants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with lettings experience to develop and further their career. The salary applicable for this role will be salary plus commission (OTE €35,000. The ideal candidate need to have: Excellent communication skills, vibrant & energetic. Experience in lettings of properties. Strong computer skills & administration skills. Ability to work under pressure, task driven and meet clear deadlines. Willingness to work on a team as a team player. Pride in their work, going the extra mile.
