Our client is a large education company based in Dublin with offices in Cork who specialise in providing education and developmental programmes to professionals while partnered with organisation and educational organisations. They are looking to add a Research and Insights Executive to their team in Dublin. The Role. Reporting to the knowledge manager, you will collate and maintain a library of key market trends, disruptors, advancements, potential opportunities and important industry news in order to inform strategic thinking within the organisation. In this position, you will aim to increase organisation exposure by attending key industry events, gathering insights on various industry trends and the production of concise reports for sharing these insights with the wider business. The maintenance of awareness of current and future trends in executive education, organisational training needs, client needs, C-level executive agenda etc. are essential as part of this position. Using your strong relationship skills you will establish and develop a network of national and international thought leaders in order to ensure success in the marketplace. The Person. For this position, experience conducting research and collating information from both online and offline sources and pulling relevant insights from this research is required. Experience in conducting both Qualitative and Quantitative research in a variety of reports including financial, sales, social listening, customer relations etc. is essential. The ability to recognise patterns in data but also to present complex data or data on complex topics in a simple concise manner is desired. With strong project management skills and communications skills and a degree in a relevant discipline, you could be successful in this position.
