Key Responsibilities: Manage a large team of highly skilled recruiters. Develop and drive a business and implementation plan to support the overall strategy of the sales division. Driving the Cpl Brand and cross selling across the business. Develop and implement a talent strategy for your business area. Conduct performance reviews, identify development needs and provide coaching / mentoring and/or training opportunities. Communicate with key stakeholders and high value clients to reinforce the Cpl brand. Assist Managers and Consultants at all levels on key business development opportunities by participating in client visits and demonstrating Cpl’s commitment to meeting client needs. Develop budget and financial measures for the team. Demonstrate the Cpl Core Values in all aspects of the role. Requirements for this role: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a recruitment or sales environment. Experience working in a leadership role or a team lead position. Experience achieving individual and team KPI’s and targets. Excellent communication and people management skills. Experience attracting and hiring talent.
